Turnaround Management
Based on our Adaptive Process, Moregate has developed a principle based method applicable in turnaround situations.
It focuses around the existing management team and key internal and external stakeholders.
Our turnaround process addresses immediate issues:
- Fast start Vision and Strategy to re-energise demoralised management, employees and other stakeholders
- Manage cash, creditors and debtors
- Establish strategic objectives and define or re-define mission critical building blocks
- Define and agree key value drivers
- Establish A-item priorities and create attack plans addressing the key value drivers, e.g. cash attack plan, sales attack plan, operations attack plan
- Assess the management team
- Help senior management make effective decisions under time pressure
- Make organisational changes
- Define and agree short and medium term corporate actions such alliances, acquisitions, disposals
- Setup and manage an 18 months implementation plan
